Questions and answers
They are the billing unit for AI actions: a document import costs 10 credits, a process interview 15, a version review 5, and a question to the Assistant 1. The pool renews monthly, and the cost is shown on the button before you run an action.
Yes. An upgrade takes effect immediately and Stripe prorates the difference. Downgrading freezes anything over the limit (seats, spaces, Business features) — we never delete anything.
During a 14-day grace period everything keeps working except adding paid seats, agents and buying credits. After that the account becomes read-only; your data is kept for 90 days.
BLIK or Stripe Link — as an auto-renewing subscription on both monthly and annual plans. We issue a VAT invoice automatically after payment: via KSeF for companies in Poland, reverse charge for EU businesses (VIES), and a standard invoice for individuals.
We store data in the EU (europe-central2, Warsaw), encrypt it in transit and at rest, and never use it to train AI models. Details: Security and privacy.
